Last week I had a day at port lympne and went on one the dusk safaris - basically a chuck of kent countryside has been turned into the serengeti - Giraffe, wildebeest, zebra and more species of antelope than you can possibly imagine are allowed to roam free. Took more shots than I've had time to process - here are a couple I got "through the wire".


This is a Barbary Lion - really like this shot, although the top of her ears got cropped, due to shooting low light, long lens and in a hurry



This is one of the siberian tigers - he was coming toward the wire and I shot a fraction to late for ideal positioning.



Fruitcake
My favourite is the first one. Good composition and a great expression on the lions face.

Also really like the almost sepia tone to the picture. Really nice shot that.

Both cracking shots, i really like the conversion in the first shot.
I hate wire fences you would think now a days they could have a platform to shoot from.
