Having a mess around with shutter speed and what not and took this picture from the humble T.V I tried a few times , would this in any way count as a legitimate photo by someone if the camera was pointed at a T.V? and ... - Any good?

It doesn't do much for me but you can't really say its not a 'legitimate' photo as that's subjective.

Some guys go out of there way to create abstract photo's that almost have an oil paint quality to them.
It depends on what you're trying to achieve.
